CLUB DAYS
Mike Hatcher’s Junior Motorcycle Club runs dirt track racing at the Gold Coast Raceway on Saturdays (as per the calendar).
Entries are via Ridernet and riders must sign on and pass scrutineering in the morning. Riders must bring their dirt bike, helmet, and body armour (including back protector).

Practice and Ride Park Australia (RPA) Ride Days

Ride Parks Australia (RPA) Ride Park Days
Mike Hatcher Junior Motorcycle Club conducts Ride Parks Australia (RPA) Ride Days in accordance with Motorcycling Australia policies and risk management guidelines.
RPA Ride Days are non-competitive recreational riding days open to riders of all ages and abilities.
No MA licence or motorcycle licence required.
Optional Personal Accident insurance available and strongly recommended.
No Junior KickStart licence or logbook required.
Riders are grouped by ability and experience.
Approved protective riding gear is mandatory; body armour recommended.
All riders must follow club rules and official directions.
These events are conducted under the Motorcycling Australia Ride Parks Australia program.

RIDER SAFETY

RIDER & BIKE IDENTIFICATION
Number plates for Juniors must be as follows:
a) A minimum plate size of 225mm width and 200mm height,
b) Figures with minimum sizes of 100mm height and 20mm width of stroke.
For 50cc automatic:
a) A minimum plate size of 200mm wide and 150mm high,
b) The figures on the plates must be 100mm high and 20mm wide,
c) The front plate must be fitted so that it does not extend above the height of the handlebars or grips.
Back Numbers: Seniors and Juniors
No Senior or Junior may compete in any Competition unless wearing the Machine identification number on their back with a minimum size of 125mm height and 20mm width of stroke. Figures must be black on a white background.
